My brother and I don't really like BBQ. We have had Carolina, Memphis, NOLO and Texas to name a few. We usually go for a dry rub. Well we tried this Ol West sauce and we love it. It is sweet at first but then gets tangy and then spicy as it is in your mouth. We made some jerky and used it as a marinade and it is fantastic. We also put it on pork ribs, pork chop and venison medallions as a cooking sauce. Today, we used it to dip homemade fried potatoes and country fried steak sticks. Best BBQ sauce we ever had!

It's always like that with me for spices and sauces. Find a new one and it's the best thing since smoked sausage. Put it on everything for a while then it doesn't seem to be the same, then find a new one and it starts over.
