Logging in to the Forum Problems

I have been having the exact same problem since they re-set the forum a number of months back.

Emailed Excal personnel, was told to choose "stay signed in" which I have and sometimes it keeps me in, sometimes not.

Like Paul, I have occasionally responded to a topic, only to lose it and have to re-log in repeatedly, losing my post/response several times in the process. It's maddening and I have just gotten to the point where if I lose my original response, I just give up.

Is this a widespread problem or just for a few of us??

Anyone find a solution to this??

Try deleting your cookies and see if that helps.

I haven’t been on here for a long time cause it was logging me off when I replied to a post or after I read a thread.

On occasion it happens on my phone but never when using my laptop. Anyone else find the same situation?

I'm the opposite, never happens on my phone. Only used a PC a couple times and it happened then. Otherwise zero problems for me.

FWIW I’ve been working with Mark on this but it is still logging me out numerous times per day. 8 times so far today and I have deleted cookies and select the remember me button.

OK, we will keep working on this. We may need to change this software completely and go to a new format, this style of forum software is really old and prone to all kinds of issues. We'll keep everybody posted.
