Jeff,
It's all semantics......
We use cranks because at our age we have learned how much they improve the cocking process thus leading to better accuracy.

Re: Crank club
63 going on 64 here. I usually shoot about 30 or so shots when I get to shoot. I can use the rope on my micro 315 without much problem. But use the C2 on my matrix 380. Soooo much nicer. will be getting a charger crank eventually tho.

Re: Crank club
Hey Jeff , you may not remember me , I purchased your C2 crank a few years ago.
I'M 72 AND 5' 4
It was for a matrix 380 , now I use it for my Micro 355.
At your age you should not need a crank .

Lol!
Overall I'm in good shape and fit. However the syndrome called carpal tunnel is telling me that pulling on a rope cocker is not a good idea if I want to use my hand the next day..
A touch of frost has heightened your awareness and your heart steadily beats in anticipation. Your senses are suddenly alert to the movement on the forest floor and you realize that the moment of truth is at hand.
