Deer cart upgrade
I have been using an old crappy deer cart for more years than I can remember. Upgrading to this cart. Hopefully I will put it to good use this season. This might even work good for Bear!
By far the best deal on the net and I used the 15.00 coupon and free shipping too..

Re: Deer cart upgrade
I bought the Rambo Bikes R180 Aluminum Bike/Hand Cart. This thing is great! No tools to assemble. Truly light weight at 25 lbs (if that), folds to half the length with a pull of a pin and it rolls really easy. Now I have to make something leak real bad and load it up on the cart!
I'm almost glad I drove over my old one!

Thanks Billy, it certainly is. I forgot to say that its quiet as well. My old one would rattle sometimes. I was tempted to get the crawler like Jeff bought but its 45 lbs. So I'll let that young stud Jeff haul his sucker in and out of his pickup. P

Re: Deer cart upgrade
I killed a doe back on the 20th and had to haul her out of a deep valley around 300 yards to a road so I used my new Hawke Crawler. I loaded her up and went to dragging over some very rough terrain that was almost all uphill. With my old cart I had to stop and clear a path every few yards but the Crawler just bumped over everything I used to move. I went all the way with only one short rest break and got her to my vehicle without hardly breaking a sweat. I am IMPRESSED to no end as I once hauled a deer about 150 yards up the same hill using my old cart and it about killed me and I was several years younger.
The Crawler is heavier than my old cart and is harder to load and unload but it is well worth the extra effort when hauling a deer.
