While Kyacking around Vancouver Island this black tail posed for a nice broadside pic! :)

How much smaller are they compared to whitetail deer? Or are they larger?

Dont bother with the North Island. The deer population is at an all time low. My sons town is awash in predators at the moment. Lots of decent bear hunting though.
