Brace height on a Phoenix
Tried to attach a picture of a newly installed, brand new, string on my Phoenix but,it won't let me,the board attachment quota has been reached. The brace height doesn't look right to me.The string is about an inch off the ss bumpers and about 1/2 inch from the top line,I hope that makes sense.I have the bow cocked right now to stretch it out some but, would appreciate comments and advice.
Re: Brace height on a Phoenix
1/2” to 1.0” according to their chart. Sounds like your bumpers are low by what you said. Email me a picture if you want to. You can find my address on the link.

I had mine a1/4 from the bumpers. Now that l have dr stirrup bumpers its about an 1/8 inch. They are not fussy about brace height. I like it a tad over the line on the stock side

Shoot a lot and you can leave it cocked over night and it will get to ware you want it no harm will come to the bow.
I would recommend that you take out your Quiver mounting screws and hit them with some oil and steel wool to get a handle on the rust wet weather has got to them , check out the tips of your broad heads in your quiver from last year they may need the same treatment I try to remember to oil my steel tips on my slick tricks when the season ends to prevent rust.

Yes but i am trying to sell a couple of crossbows not go lookin fer anudder one
Re: Brace height on a Phoenix
I keep my string sitting just outside the top line. I figure the closer string is to my bumpers I added on would wear faster the closer the string to them. Looks normal for a new Phoenix string. CHEERS!
