No hunting yet....

Post by XB I GO »

This year has been different for my brother and I. Usually we have been hunting by now. We are both on the football team and I am on the Lacrosse Team too. My brother practices before school and my practice is after school. We have games on the same nights sometimes and different nights too. Lacrosse games are on Saturdays and Sundays.

My Dad went Pronghorn hunting the first week of October and the Guide rolled the truck down a ravine with them in it. Dad has been recovering but has not wanted to go hunting yet. He did get a Pronghorn! My Dad is pretty tough, but he is still sore.

I love the hunting stories and pictures this time of year on the forum. Keep them coming. I am motivated to get out there with my Excalibur!

Best of luck to all of you and prayers for a safe and successful season!

Hang In there. One year l had some home issues that really shortened my hunts.....basically l only had the end cap of the season but l managed to shoot my biggest buck.
So hang in there xb.

It is unfortunate that certain, all demanding, sports occur during hunting season. 60 years ago, I made my decision; but that’d not necessarily be the right decision for you. I wish you the best.

sports should keep you in good shape for hunting. Hunting not so fun when your old and out of shape.

Just try to keep it between the mustard and ketchup as Danny Miller would say.
