Are the Grizzly and the Matrix 310 about the same bow? Same string, same bolts (18 inch), same size?

The rail is different. The Matrix 310 has a aluminum rail and the grizzly not.

Yes, they are pretty much the same other than the rail.

The rail is SMF, Synthetic Main Frame. I had an Ibex with this frame, it was a GEM, and no sign of wear after thousands of shots. I would not hesitate to get that rail at all!

I was disappointed when I read this. I thought someone had shot a grizzly bear with a Matrix 310!
As far as the SMF frame goes, I have one bow with SMF and one with aluminum. They are of equal quality.
