Micro 335 issues

Post by Phillyarcher »

I had some limb issues with my Micro 335. Limbs cracked. I would like to give a Good Shout Out to Dawn and the Excalibur team. They have been nothing but great in fixing my issues. Again great Customer Service. This is why I will always endorse them.

I agree! Dawn @ Excalibur is a sweetheart!! I've only had to talk to her twice, but each time she has been extremely helpful. It's too bad that not all customer service reps are as kind, helpful and respectful as Dawn!! :eusa-clap:

Thank You Dawn!
