Being in NC now and hunting these southern deer...........Canadian Whitetail makes me think I'm hunting some kind of miniature subspecies! HAHA!

The first time I hunted here, I was watching a field edge. When the first deer popped out I thought it was a yearling. Then the yearling stepped out.
