My 380 using 18” BEE’s total arrow weight 421grs is averaging 349 FPS.
I’m using an eight point Flemish string and reds. Nothing else on my limbs. I would think that you should be in this range.

That's kinda what i thought but i'm not even in that ballpark.
Re: Where's My Speed ????
I've just chronograph my Micro 340TD with 405gr. arrow and the speed seem low. 307fps
Re: Where's My Speed ????
Do you have any sound suppression on the bow? If so deduct ~12 fps from 340fps.
Deduct 3-5 fps for heavier string.
Then deduct roughly 1 fps for every 2.5 grains of arrow weight over 350fps. Which in your case is anywhere between 20-24 fps.
Assuming of course you are using your Chrony correctly, with new batteries, inside with a light kit installed.
Field points and solid knocks. Remember shooting and any angle other that completely parallel to the screens will ADD time to the count and read as reduced speed. Not much time, but can lead to inconsistent results.
