My 380 doesn't have any speed. After loosing my arrow, it's still stationery and in my hands.
As for my arrow, it's propelled at 115.824 m/s or 416.9664 km/h, which for you Americans is 259 mph.
Of course that would only be true in a vacuum.
So in the end it's only a moot point, which doesn't amount to a hill of beans.
We are only
on what must be a slow and boring day. 
All that matters is if it's fast enough to reach it's target and to do its job.

my equinox is not the fastest bow ,
but it kills everything I aim at.....

Basically you're measuring time. I enjoy my time in the woods, so slower is better me thinks! There are a few things in life that you really don't want to rush, and if I have to say out loud what those are, you ain't getting it. 
On the other hand, I do like a fast bow!
