I got one for my wife's Axe and found myself using it more than I ever expected. Last year Ma actually rope cocked that 340 herself. I've been on my best behavior ever since.

Now they need to come out with a ceasefire that will work with bullpup stocksBoo wrote: ↑Sat Aug 13, 2022 8:23 pmWhen the ACP trigger came out, I was all over it. When hunting, I don't notice any faults at all. But the 400 Suppressor, along with the trigger, is a pure, hardcore hunting bow. It is everything I want in a hunting bow. Now that I have the 380 Micro, I am questioning all that. I'm really liking my 380 Micro and am torn between the 2. I guess life is good when you have choices!
BTW, you are welcome to borrow my 380 Micro for a few weeks.

Don, Can you rope cock the 380 Micro? Just curious. I am thinking about one but am pretty well set against a crank. Wouldnt shoot it a ton, but just curious if you can cock it a couple times. Thanks
I got one for my 370 and it was a game changer. No more back tweaks after sight ins. Then I got the 400Sup, and now I even have a bracket on my 340Axe. It really doesn't add any extra time even tho I can cock the axe no problem all day long.
Re: Ceasefire Trigger units and new external crank for older Excals
As always I appreciate your generosity Don. I'm staying away from the 380. Its not bulldog'd And I am not set up at all to make one a bulldog currently. Don't even know where half my gear is.Boo wrote: ↑Sat Aug 13, 2022 8:23 pmWhen the ACP trigger came out, I was all over it. When hunting, I don't notice any faults at all. I'm in love with my 400Sup. And during a hunt, I see it as perfect. Bear hunting with it this spring was quite nice, even tho I didn't fire it. But sight in and fun time, not so much. The trigger pull behind all that weight makes even the ACP not as nice as I liked it.

The ADF on the cease fire is a huge improvement for Excalibur. I remember forgetting to load an arrow on my Micro Suppressor. Pulled the trigger and Bam the string hit the ADF lever and my POI was way off. Never did like the ADF lever!!!

I had 2 guys cut their serving from a dry-fire in the last 2 weeks. So serving damage is another issue with the ADF lever.Carnivorous wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 9:49 amThe ADF on the cease fire is a huge improvement for Excalibur. What Bout Luminocks. I just did a brief search and I see there is a rhino version pre installed on excalibur factory arrows. Any option on thw market yet?
I honestly dont know why I still use luminocks since im litterally at 50% ratio on/off after the shot. Any other product would have been tossed long ago, but I digress

I've had zero issues with my Lumenoks after watching all the videos on their site and following their instructions. Prior to that, my luck with them was horrible. But I had even worse luck with other lighted nocks.

I've never had one fail to go on. Last year I was doing some shooting for another manufacturer from 20 to 100 yards and I was using flats and moon nocks. Did you get them from me?janesy wrote: ↑Tue Aug 16, 2022 6:27 pmWhat Bout Luminocks. I just did a brief search and I see there is a rhino version pre installed on excalibur factory arrows. I've had good success with the Lumenoks. Not so other types. The Pink Lumenoks seem to glow brighter than the other colors, or maybe it's just my eyesight!

Probably your eyesight. The orange nocks are the only ones with the HD designation.

These are my personal favorite rear nocks.Black Eagle sells them, and they have a machined radius on them that makes them easy on serving, and very accurate! Since I have a pornographic memory, I don't need to follow a light to find my arrow. It's usually stuck in the deer still!
