My buddy and I usually shoot into a bag target and it does a great job at stopping broadheads and feild tip. Well today we tried out his new Gander Mountain Broadhead Target, big mistake

The feild points went all the way thru and buried halway up the vanes!! The broadheads went in to right up to the vanes, this was all done at 20 yards. After he lost a broadhead inside the target, insert and all, we took it back. They may work with a compound bow(not sure), but stay clear of these $39 things for a crossbow!! OK, so we go back to the store and they didn`t give him any trouble returning it. He promptly bout the Block 4x4, one word=Smokin

With feild tips, it went in until about 6 inches before the vanes. With the broadheads, the bolts only went in half way!! Another bonus is even with the broadheads, the arrows pulled out like butter

I highly reccomend the Block 4x4. I am not sure what the difference is between the Block 4x4 and the Block Crossbow target, excet avout $20, but the Block 4x4 is a killer target!! Jack.
