Nikon XR bolt scope rings?

Was wondering what rings to use.For those that have this scope do the Excalibur rings work good? The scope looks short so I don't know if I need medium or low rings work and don't interfer with anything? I see parker makes some crossbow rings and I seen a post of the Blackhawk tactical med rings using the Nikon XR.I'd go Warne but don't think I want steel rings.Going to put it on my Axiom.Thanks for your help.

I'm planning on upgrading my matrix rings to the leupold rifleman split alum ring 30mm. Asked for some ideas to upgrade and a couple member recommended them. They're actually reasonably priced and they do make them in 1" as well. They also come with torx screws and much better than the stock excal rings. Mine that came on the matrix had some issues with allen heads being a bit different but they'll work till the season is over. Just made sure the scope mount screws got some blue loctite since the matrix 380 seems to loosen em up which I never had that issue on my 2011 exomax.
