Plastic nocks vs aluminum.

Looking at some illuminated nocks for xbow and wondered if plastic nocks were better in terms of durability and accuracy. The diablos & quills come with aluminum nocks and was wondering if it would affect accuracy at all. Im sure it wouldn't really matter but im just curious. Thanks. :)

Assuming you start with a decent FOC, not in the least.
