The "new" owners of Excalibur could not care less apparently.
This forum was an excellent source of information, and an excellent way to promote the product (at a relatively inexpensive rate).
Now, even with sales dropping off some, those same owners continue to ignore both this forum, and the many customers who utilized it on a frequent basis.
I have no words to describe the feelings I have towards those that allowed, and continue to allow this to happen.
Despicable behavior. If they do this here, what other corners are they cutting?
I want to support The Brand, but when they do not support me...

Hello Folks,
I have been an Excalibur Crossbow Owner for over 14 years.
I had several of the older wide limb series over time, and now have 2 Matrix 380's and a Bulldog 400 hanging on the wall behind me.
I practice often with these, and hunt them a lot here in my home Province of British Columbia (Canada).
I have also been a contributing member of the Excalibur Crossbow Forum for the same 14 years plus.
With nearly 4,000 posts on that Forum, you might understand what that site means to me, and a great many others.
I note that you still have the Forum listed on your home page...
That Forum provided a host of information, and support for "The Brand" among a rather large number of people.
As such, it also offered a rather inexpensive way of promoting Excalibur's fine product line.
Unfortunately somewhere around late November / early December of last year, the Forum fell into ruin.
Most of us held our breath in the hope that you folks would Man Up and get around to fixing the issues it was facing.
Instead, you dropped the ball.
I consider this a great disservice to the many people who supported your products, and formed an Excalibur based Community.
Your continued behavior in this regard has been nothing less than abhorrent.
The Forum remains in ruins.
That said, the site still sees many hits a day from like minded people hoping beyond hope you will get around to doing what is right, and reinstating that once rather remarkable Forum.
I am writing to beseech you to get the Forum back up and running for the Community that chose to support you.
No excuses.
The cost is not prohibitive.
I will even volunteer to help moderate the site once it is back up and running properly.
Failure to act in this regard would seem to suggest you really do not care about the wishes and desires of your customer base.
Is that really how you want us to perceive you??
