Is it best to hunt during a rain or just after a rain during this time?? Or does it make a difference what the weather is during rut/pre-rut time??

On some crossbow pics I see a quiver mounted on TOP of the crossbow,where do you get these mounts from??? Are they simple to mount as the underside quiver mount??

What other arrows (bolts) and broadheads besides the ones that come with the Excalibur Vortex Package does anyone use???

Just finished shooting my new Vortex this morning for the first time....Very impressed with it, just had to do a minor tweek on the scope and it's ready to go hunting ,of course I will shoot it many more times before deer bow season starts late Sept.......

I have found my idiotic problem,,,I had the quiver bracket mounted wrong....Boy do I feel stupid.......lol...THANKS for your replies.....

I have a new Excalibur Vortex crossbow just got it with most of the necessary stuff on it,Question I have is it seems the quiver I have on it won't let me put an arrow (bolt) in it right next to the bow rail. Did I put something on wrong?? As for the screws,nuts&bolts it looks like I have it on ...
