What other option than Lumenok?

What other option than Lumenok?
I've been using Lumenoks in my BEE arrows and have been less than impressed with the performance. They light up 100% of the time but once they hit the dirt 50% extinguish themselves and the arrow is lost.
What other options are available for a flat nock system?
I'm about to just shoot BEE factory flat nocks and buy cheap broadheads and just consider them lost even before I shoot!

Re: What other option than Lumenok?
I have been using Ignitor Nocks for over a year now.... I really like how easy they are to mount, remove, and use.
You can just replaced parts as needed. I have recovered lots of arrows because of the Ignitors shining bright on my return at dusk.
The Green are bright enough and stay on for days! Some prefur red, but red doesn't stay lit for near as long. They don't "shine" too well in bright sun...but they are awsome in low light.
Here is one that I surely would have lost 2 days ago....This is a "Shoot-At-Everything-Arrow"...and the battery on this nock is barely burning after 1 year of random shooting...but if you look close at the pic you will see the little red spark that led me back to my precious BEE and Rip Trick point....Under Water!!
And all of my dealings with John Marshall have been GREAT!!.
The Zombies and the BEE's take the .300 insert.

i use lumenocks on most of my executioners and zombies with no issue with lighting or extinguishing but another option(i use both on my arrows "just in case") is adding a piece of reflective tape on the arrows above the fletching so a flashlight beam will make the arrow very easily seen

Re: What other option than Lumenok?
To me, there is no better option. If your Lumenocks aren't working, try squaring your arrows or replacing the batteries. Each Lumenock needs to be individually fit for each arrow, my only problem with them is that the instructions don't really explain how to do this. If improperly installed, I could see someone having problems with them.
Try this. Remove each nock and use a paper clip to touch both contacts simultaneously, it should light up brightly. If it lights up, you have a fitment or squaring issue. If it doesn't light up, your batteries are pooched. But you can get replacements in a 2-pack for like $12.
I have never lost an arrow because a Lumenock didn't light up.

Re: What other option than Lumenok?
Ignitors all the way, simple to use and a lot less expensive. Three for $20.00 on their website and free shipping !
Re: What other option than Lumenok?
....I have used both and can attest to both being acceptable options....there is a difference in weight however with the Igniitors weighing 11g more than the 29g Lumenoks...
....currently I have ventured back to the Lumenoks for no other reason than I had a bunch of them and I started using them with the BD400 for weight reasons...but the price cannot be beat on the Ignitors.
