The bow shop says i cant use 125 gr broad head out of a 335 micro with stock bolts. Is that correct?

All you have to do is keep a min of 350 gr total arrow weight. You can use what ever weight B-Head you want

It's true, you can shoot just about any 100-125gr head. The stock quills and Diablos shoot a little better with a heavier 150gr head.
You can easily pull the 38g aluminum insert and add a 1/2- 5/8" long 8-32 Cap head screw ( 30-40g) to the back of it. Or replace it with the a brass insert. You will have better down range accuracy and penetration with a little extra weight at the tip of your arrow.
